Finance Lead

We're looking for a young, entrepreneurial CA(SA) to join the Director track at Lux Via.
Lux Via is a fast-growing tech services business focused on ERP implementation and support for manufacturers.
This role is based in South Africa, preferably Cape Town.
Requirements
- CA(SA)
- Deep understanding of and practical experience with ERP systems
- AI fluency, ideally a Claude-Code wiz
- Great communication and client management skills
- High agency and initiative
- Strong work ethic and great character
Nice to have
- An affinity for sales
- Manufacturing industry experience
- A genuine interest in technology
What you'll be doing
- System implementation - functional delivery of accounting components: chart of accounts, accounting data migration, analytic accounting and related workstreams
- Client support - supporting our SLA clients, particularly on finance-related queries
- Vertical ownership - working with the directors to build out and own Lux Via's accounting and advisory service vertical
